About the position

The Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer role focuses on managing and optimizing Salesforce deployments and release management processes. This position requires extensive experience in DevOps practices, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem, and involves collaboration with developers and subject matter experts to ensure successful project execution and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers and SMEs during design, development, data migration, and deployments.
• Implement complex Salesforce DevOps pipelines for Salesforce releases.
• Support post-deployment activities, including data load, code comparison, and data backup.
• Utilize tools like Git, Jenkins, Bit Bucket, and GitHub for version control and pipeline automation.
• Adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute creatively within a team.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of experience working on DevOps.
• 5+ years of experience on Salesforce deployments and DevOps/release management.
• Expertise with branching strategies and version control.
• Experience with pipeline automation and orchestration using relevant tools.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce Certification preferred.
