About the position

The Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin will be responsible for customizing and optimizing the Salesforce CRM platform to enhance business processes and customer engagement. This role requires a strong background in Salesforce development and administration, with a focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and involves collaboration with sales and service teams to implement effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
• Customize and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to meet business requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations
• Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce platform
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.

Requirements

• Minimum 8-12 years in IT, Salesforce development & administration
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong focus on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Salesforce Administrator & Salesforce Platform Developer I, II certifications.

Nice-to-haves

• Salesforce Developer certification is a plus
• Financial Services Cloud (FSC) expertise
• Experience with DevOps, Version Control, and CI/CD
• Knowledge of security and compliance best practices.
