About the position

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at WayPath, you will be responsible for writing, testing, and debugging code while also acting as a consultant to partner with client stakeholders and agile project teams. Your role will involve understanding desired features and functionality to develop high-quality technical solutions that address client challenges.

Responsibilities

• Write and debug code for Salesforce applications.
• Consult with client stakeholders to understand desired features and functionality.
• Collaborate with other technical resources regarding status and technical issues.
• Facilitate continuous improvement within the development environment.
• Document operational procedures for Salesforce applications.
• Train end users on Salesforce functionalities.
• Engage in declarative development using Flows, Lightning App Builder, and Experience Cloud Sites.
• Configure AppExchange Apps as needed.
• Design reusable and reliable Apex code following best practices.
• Create and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.

Requirements

• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical resources and stakeholders.
• Experience in facilitating continuous improvement within a technical environment.
• Ability to document operational procedures effectively.
• Experience in training end users on technical solutions.
• Proficiency in declarative development (Flows, Lightning App Builder, Experience Cloud Sites).
• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as Visualforce, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
• Ability to design reusable and reliable Apex code following best practices.
• Experience in creating and executing unit, integration, and user acceptance test plans.
• Knowledge of integrations involving SOAP and REST.
