About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team for a fully remote opportunity. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable Salesforce applications to support our business operations. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver customized Salesforce solutions that meet our business requirements. In this role, you will create customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on very crucial projects. Additionally, you will develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom web services. You will also work with QA for full manual and automated testing as well as smoke testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the applications developed.

Responsibilities

  • Create customized solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment on crucial projects.
  • Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and other internal/external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and custom web services.
  • Collaborate with QA for full manual and automated testing as well as smoke testing.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and SOQL.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility rules as well as Salesforce Health Cloud.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST, SOAP, MuleSoft, MS SQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git/Bitbucket, VS Code, Jenkins).
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
