About the position
The Senior Salesforce Developer at DailyPay will be responsible for designing technical architecture solutions that integrate multiple platforms, ensuring secure and optimized performance. This role involves overseeing Salesforce platform activities, evaluating new technologies, and providing technical guidance to development teams. The successful candidate will contribute to strategic technology planning and anticipate business needs to effectively plan for future developments.
Responsibilities
- Provides architectural oversight of Salesforce platform activities in the areas of Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Stays abreast of industry standards, market forces, and emerging Salesforce technologies.
- Leads the evaluation of new Salesforce compatible technologies.
- Proposes technology investments supported by thorough technical analysis and business case.
- Contributes to strategic technology planning, including proposed cost implications.
- Anticipates business needs to effectively plan.
- Provides technical guidance, training, direction, and reviews the work of development teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Senior Salesforce Developer or Lead role on one or more Salesforce Implementations.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technology implementation for full lifecycle enterprise software projects.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce administration and development, including security, standard objects, reports/dashboards, Chatter, Einstein, data management, and sandbox environments.
- Experience with advanced Salesforce.com development tools and techniques, including Apex language, Force.com custom development, triggers, controllers, JavaScript, and APIs.
- Experience with developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with API Management tools, Salesforce Canvas, and Apex callouts.
- Checking in source code into Git.
