About the position

Brightwheel is seeking a Senior SysOps Administrator to enhance systems operations that support scalable and efficient go-to-market strategies. This role focuses on improving processes and workflows for sales and post-sales teams, ensuring a great customer experience through effective system designs and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement enhancements to systems for sales and post-sales teams.
• Act as a lead administrator and knowledge expert within Salesforce and other integrated tools.
• Manage projects of medium technical complexity end-to-end, including Salesforce flows and user permissions.
• Proactively identify gaps in current processes and suggest improvements.
• Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for backend components and assist with end-user training.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and solve business needs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of systems administration experience for sales or revenue operations.
• 2+ years of administration experience for a hub-and-spoke Salesforce architecture.
• 1+ years of experience managing stakeholder expectations across multiple projects.
• Proven experience with systems and tools for sales, marketing, and customer operations processes.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Salesforce's declarative capabilities.
• Creative problem solver with excellent project management skills.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
