About the position

The Senior Salesforce Solution Architect will lead the global Salesforce implementation project at EPAM Systems. This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and enhance user experience. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices, along with strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and architectural designs.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
• Design and implement integration solutions with other systems, ensuring data integrity and seamless interoperability.
• Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
• Analyze and optimize the performance of Salesforce solutions, recommending enhancements where necessary.
• Create and maintain detailed architectural documentation, including design diagrams, API specifications, and integration workflows.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation, with a proven track record of leading global projects.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect) are highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.), as well as experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Familiarity with integration tools and platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica) and experience with REST/SOAP web services.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to think strategically about technology solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a plus.
• Prior experience working in a global environment with diverse teams and stakeholders is preferred.
