Senior SAP Solutions Architect - Warehouse Management - Onsite

About the position

The Senior SAP Solutions Architect at Cepheid is responsible for providing business and technical expertise to design, implement, and support new capabilities within the SAP systems, particularly focusing on Warehouse Management and Logistics execution. This role involves collaboration with the Global Supply Chain team and super users to develop solutions that align with business requirements and SAP best practices, while also offering opportunities to work on significant projects related to S/4 HANA transformation.

Responsibilities

• Establish relationships and collaborate with the Global Supply Chain team, primarily in Warehouse and Logistics operations.
• Design, develop, and test system solutions to meet business requirements in alignment with the global solution template.
• Configure SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution modules to meet business needs, including integration with other SAP modules.
• Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with the development team for implementation and testing.
• Provide support to end users for issue resolution, user acceptance testing, and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 8+ years of related work experience, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience in SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics execution within manufacturing organizations.
• 5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with Supply Chain.
• Experience in SAP Warehouse Management functional configuration, including warehouse org structure setup, inventory counting, and RF barcode scanner solutions.
• Experience with external 3PL warehouse systems integration via EDI/IDOC.
• Expertise in Material Master data, Batch management, Serial number management, and WM-PP integration.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience and understanding of SAP S/4 HANA upgrade projects.
• Experience with SAP EWM, TM, and SAP-Processweaver is preferred.
• Certification in SAP S/4 HANA Stockroom (WM) or EWM module is preferred.
