About the position

The Senior SAP Testing Project Manager at Infosys is responsible for overseeing the validation and quality engineering processes throughout the testing lifecycle. This role involves developing and deploying test frameworks, setting up test environments, and contributing to requirements documentation and test design. Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy test frameworks and assets for complex modules.
• Set up the test environment and contribute to requirements documentation and test design.
• Create Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios, and Test cases.
• Manage SAP testing projects and ensure quality throughout the testing lifecycle.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage testing risks.
• Drive defect triage calls and prepare testing metrics reports for stakeholders.
• Identify tools and technologies for testing that align with team skill sets and broader testing functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• 11 years of Information Technology experience.
• 11 years of experience in managing SAP testing projects.
• Experience in creating Test Strategy, Test Plan, Test scenarios, and Test cases.
• Knowledge and experience with Agile lifecycle.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience as an SAP test manager for implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects.
• Knowledge of project management and software testing life cycle.
• Experience as an onsite lead coordinator for onsite-offshore global delivery model.
• Confidence in recommending test approaches and strategies.
• Proven experience in test planning and conducting impact assessments.
• Good knowledge of SAP Testing related to integration, regression testing, and test automation with SAP S4 HANA.
