About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Molecular Biology, Microbiology, Bioinformatics, or related field with 2+ years of related work experience OR a Master's degree in the same fields with 1+ years of related work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively solve complex problems impacting the client's business through verification of IVD tests.
• Effectively manage experiments with shifting priorities and meet deadlines.
• Maintain detailed experimental records and document results in electronic laboratory notebooks and technical reports to comply with QSR Design Control and international standards.
• Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues and lead small projects with manageable risks.
• Lead others to find new perspectives using existing solutions to resolve project-related issues.
• Implement verification and validation SOPs and write technical reports.
• Perform rigorous analytical studies to demonstrate technical feasibility and design verification studies.
• Handle clinical samples and assist in microbiology work on BSL-1 and BSL-2 organisms if needed.
• Analyze data using statistical tools such as Microsoft Excel or Minitab and present data at internal technical meetings.
