About the position

The Senior Scrum Master / Lead Scrum Master will be responsible for leading Agile practices within the Wealth Management sector. This role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team follows Agile principles and practices, helping remove roadblocks.
• Apply Wealth Management experience to ensure projects are aligned with client objectives.

Requirements

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
• Background in Wealth Management.
• Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira and Confluence.
