About The Position
The Senior Scrum Master at Navstar is responsible for facilitating agile teams in a large-scale software and hardware integration project. This role involves leading either one large complex agile team or several smaller teams within an Agile Release Train (ART) using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The Scrum Master will educate teams on Scrum and Kanban methodologies, remove impediments, and foster high-performing team dynamics to ensure successful delivery of commitments during Program Increment (PI) Planning.
