About the position

Schneider Electric is seeking a Hardware Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies to lead end-to-end development projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is pivotal in the development of Rack PDU projects and hardware product innovation. As a Hardware Project Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the team to ensure successful product delivery while adhering to contracted cost, quality, and time constraints. You will utilize your expertise in Agile practices and tools, such as Jira, to drive project success and facilitate effective communication among various stakeholders. In this position, you will coordinate project activities, manage interdependencies, and proactively remove impediments to ensure smooth project execution. You will also lead risk management sessions and prepare/manage project budgets, aligning them with financial goals. Close collaboration with the product owner is essential to create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring that it aligns with business objectives. You will track and report scrum metrics, facilitating open discussions during retrospectives to promote continuous improvement. Additionally, you will interface with other scrum masters and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration and timely product delivery. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or a related field, along with PMP/Agile certifications and a minimum of 10 years of project management experience in hardware product development. Excellent communication and presentation skills are crucial, as is the ability to manage hardware projects that utilize electronic components. You should also possess a proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role supports the T&E in the RAC system side and requires the ability to manage a Hardware Project effectively. Responsibilities

Requirements
