The Senior Secretary to the Community School Director at Eureka City Schools plays a crucial role in providing clerical and secretarial support to the Director and other assigned personnel. This position is essential for ensuring smooth communication between staff, the public, and other districts, while also ensuring compliance with legal and administrative requirements. The Senior Secretary will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, which may include scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and preparing reports. The role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. The position is full-time, requiring 8 hours of work per day, 5 days a week, throughout the year, and is based at the Eureka City Schools District Office. The work schedule is from 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday through Friday, and the start date is as soon as possible. This position is grant-funded and will continue through June 2027.
