About the position

The Senior Security Engineer - GCP IAM at CVS Health is a pivotal role within the Technology Services & Solutions organization, focusing on leading the public cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM) capabilities in Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This position collaborates with various departments to ensure secure GCP IAM environments, driving operational excellence and strategic vision for IAM solutions while emphasizing talent development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, automate, and test Identity and access management procedures for GCP environments.
• Drive GCP IAM program governance and implement solutions to advance secure IAM adoption.
• Develop secure system solutions to address evolving threats while considering impacts on CVS technology organizations.
• Integrate security into DevOps and software development lifecycles through secure automation.
• Conduct comprehensive GCP IAM security testing and analysis to enhance IAM maturity.
• Lead GCP IAM efforts to align with regulatory compliance and recommend improvements.
• Promote the adoption of GCP IAM policies and control standards.
• Understand GCP IAM technologies and security best practices, including Cloud Security Alliance control architectures.
• Solve complex GCP IAM challenges with automated solutions.
• Stay informed on industry-leading GCP IAM tools and their applicability to CVS's cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud or related Infrastructure Technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in GCP IAM specific disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience with Python automation.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline security concepts.
