About the position

The Senior Security Engineer for Google Cloud Platform Identity & Access Management (IAM) at CVS Health plays a pivotal role in enhancing the security posture of the organization by leading IAM capabilities across Google Cloud Platform. This position involves collaboration with various teams to implement secure IAM solutions, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. The engineer will also focus on talent development and retention within the IAM domain, contributing to the strategic vision and roadmap for IAM initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, automate, and test Identity and access management procedures for Google Cloud Platform.
• Drive Google Cloud Platform IAM program governance and implement solutions to advance secure IAM adoption.
• Develop secure system solutions to address evolving threats while considering impacts on CVS technology organizations.
• Integrate security into DevOps and software development lifecycles through secure automation and communication.
• Coordinate Google Cloud Platform IAM security testing and analysis to enhance overall IAM maturity.
• Lead Google Cloud Platform IAM efforts to ensure alignment with regulatory compliance and contractual obligations.
• Promote the adoption of Google Cloud Platform IAM policies and control standards.
• Solve complex IAM challenges with automated solutions and maintain knowledge of industry-leading IAM tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud or related Infrastructure Technologies.
• 3+ years of experience in Google Cloud Platform IAM specific disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience with Python automation.
• 2+ years of experience in Software Development Lifecycle and CI/CD pipeline security concepts.
