About the position

The Senior Security Engineer (Systems Engineer 2 or 3) will play a critical role in enhancing the organization's cybersecurity posture by implementing, managing, and optimizing Palo Alto Networks' Cortex solutions. This position involves advanced threat hunting and incident response, requiring a high level of expertise in cybersecurity practices and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage Palo Alto Networks' Cortex solutions.
• Optimize security measures to enhance the organization's security posture.
• Conduct advanced threat hunting activities.
• Respond to security incidents and manage incident response processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Systems Security, or a related field with 4 years of experience; or an Associate's degree with 6 years of experience; or a high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
• Experience in cybersecurity, specifically with endpoint detection and response (EDR) and security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR) technologies.
