Responsibilities

  • Lead and build the SEO team and process.
  • Manage and organize tasks ensuring quality deliverables for all client work.
  • Aid in the resolution of all issues relating to SEO for assigned accounts.
  • Drive specific SEO strategies and opportunities for Dealer Venom and clients.
  • Contribute to content strategy initiatives, providing insights into UX and digital best practices.
  • Communicate high-level strategic search and content initiatives clearly to clients and internal staff.
  • Monitor the changing landscape of SEO and maintain up-to-date knowledge.
  • Build relationships internally and externally, working closely with other subject matter experts.
  • Generate powerful, SEO-friendly, conversion-optimized copy, blog posts, etc.
  • Oversee ongoing SERP analysis on critical search terms.
  • Develop tactical planning for SEO maintenance clients.
  • Mentor junior team members.
  • Assist with communication of reporting and conducting client meetings.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SEO including keyword research, content curation, and deriving insights from SEO monitoring.
  • Experience managing and implementing SEO strategies within site building and updates.
  • Proficiency with WordPress and website conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, SpyFu, etc.

  • Google Analytics Certification.
  • Google Ads Certifications.
  • Technical SEO Understanding.
  • HTML5 and CSS3 exposure and beginner capabilities.
  • Email marketing experience.
  • Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator experience.
  • Experience using Jira and Confluence.
