About the position

The Senior SharePoint Administrator at CACI will support the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) by managing and enhancing SharePoint systems. This role involves conducting site administration activities, designing and developing workflow systems, and providing technical advice throughout the development and implementation phases. The administrator will also assess system performance to ensure operational efficiency and quality of work.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Site Admin activities.
• Analyzes, designs, and coordinates the development of SharePoint.
• Designs and develops workflow systems.
• Provides analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.
• Continually assesses the performance of systems to identify and correct problems that impact operational efficiency and work quality.

Requirements

• B.S./M.S. or equivalent with advanced knowledge.
• 8-12 years of specialized experience in IT.
• Proficient in multiple technologies and IT strategy and governance.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint out of the box features beyond document libraries.
• Experience with SharePoint Site Collection Management and Administration functions.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
• Must be able to obtain a NACI clearance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience working with workflows, preferably Nintex.
• Development of solutions around SharePoint 3rd party products such as Nintex.
• Experience in MS Office 365 Suite, Dynamics, Dataverse, and the Power Platform.
