ManTech is seeking a Senior SIGINT/EW Systems Subject Matter Expert (SME) to provide critical technical and field exercise support across a variety of innovative activities related to the development, evaluation, and transition of cutting-edge ISR, SIGINT, ELINT, and Information Systems for our Nation's military forces. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our defense and homeland security clients receive rapid, cost-effective, and adaptable solutions that are interoperable and integrated, providing high performance in quick-response scenarios. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience and knowledge to support the research and development of ground, air, and sea-based systems, ensuring that our military capabilities are at the forefront of technology and effectiveness. The position requires an ACTIVE DoD TS/SCI Security Clearance and involves providing technical expertise in various areas including systems engineering, process management, and the acquisition and sustainment of innovative information technology and intelligence collection systems. The SME will be responsible for developing and updating detailed documentation for Intel systems, including specification documents and test plans, while also coordinating logistics documentation such as fielding and transition plans. This role will require direct support to customers by identifying transformative capabilities and assessing their suitability for integration into tactical and enterprise systems. Collaboration is key in this position, as the SME will lead or participate in coordination with vendors and stakeholders across multiple mission owners and organizations to ensure timely delivery of capabilities that meet development and evaluation objectives. The role also involves conducting in-depth analysis, developing courses of action, and presenting recommendations to leadership on solutions for complex technical challenges. Additionally, the SME will support military System Engineering Technical Review (SETR) and User Evaluation events, including piloting uncrewed aerial systems (UAS) and utilizing their respective payloads. The position may require up to 25% travel annually, including multi-week events.
