About the position
The Senior Signal Integrity Engineer will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and optimizing high-speed SerDes interfaces at 120 Gbps. This role requires extensive experience in signal integrity principles, simulation tools, and testing methodologies, with a focus on ensuring robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize high-speed SerDes interfaces at 120 Gbps.
- Perform signal integrity simulations to ensure robust performance and compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and execute test plans using advanced test equipment to validate signal integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve signal integrity issues and improve overall system performance.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in signal integrity engineering with a strong focus on SerDes technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of 120 Gbps SerDes speeds and associated challenges.
- Proficiency in signal integrity simulation tools (Ansys HFSS, Keysight ADS, Cadence Sigrity).
- Hands-on experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and BERTs (Bit Error Rate Testers).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance.
