About the position

The Senior Site Account Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT) at Bristol Myers Squibb is responsible for leading a team of Site Account Managers who support the scheduling and monitoring of patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of autologous cellular immunotherapy products. This role involves building strong relationships across the Cell Therapy Franchise to ensure exceptional customer service is delivered to treatment centers in North America. The position requires a focus on strategy, process improvement, and performance metrics to enhance operational efficiency and patient care.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of individual contributing managers supporting Site Account Specialists managing over 100 treatment sites.
  • Lead team meetings and team-building events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Identify resource needs and manage resources to meet team goals and SCLT's global strategy.
  • Hire, train, and develop direct reports to ensure they meet KPIs and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Act as a secondary escalation point for Site Account Specialists and treatment sites.
  • Communicate supply, manufacturing, and business continuity issues to management and stakeholders.
  • Develop action plans for issues impacting treatment sites and analyze trends based on feedback and operational metrics.
  • Implement processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with internal partners and treatment sites.
  • Lead and manage global projects and cross-functional initiatives as a subject matter expert.
  • Mentor working groups and develop business cases for transformational projects.
  • Comply with applicable SOPs and work practices, championing global strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of experience in scheduling, planning, operations, customer service, logistics, or supply chain.
  • Experience in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is required.
  • 2 years of experience managing direct reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
