About the position

The Senior Site Account Manager, Scheduling and Cell Logistics (SCLT) at Bristol Myers Squibb is responsible for leading a team that supports the scheduling and monitoring of patient treatment schedules for the manufacturing of autologous cellular immunotherapy products. This role involves building strong relationships across the Cell Therapy Franchise to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to treatment centers. The position requires a blend of operational management, team leadership, and strategic planning to meet the goals of the SCLT.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of individual contributing managers who support SCLT's Site Account Specialists managing 100+ treatment sites.
  • Lead team meetings and team building events.
  • Manage given resources and identify resource needs to meet team goals and SCLT's global strategy.
  • Hire and develop direct reports.
  • Ensure all team members are well trained, meet KPIs and metrics, and deliver a positive end-to-end customer experience to internal and external customers.
  • Act as secondary escalation point for Site Account Specialists, treatment sites, and commercial partners.
  • Communicate issues related to supply, manufacturing, and business continuity and their resolutions to SCLT management and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and oversee plans of action for issues impacting a significant number of treatment sites.
  • Analyze trends and develop action plans based on feedback from treatment sites and internal partners, operational metrics, and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement processes and drive continuous improvement.
  • Establish and maintain a trusted relationship with BMS.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7 years of work experience in scheduling, planning, operations, customer service, logistics, supply chain.
  • Experience working in a regulated environment (cGMP/FDA) is required.
  • 2 years managing direct reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Office 365 software, especially Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
