About The Position
We are seeking a skilled engineer with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of professional work experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or a similar role. The ideal candidate will have experience writing code for moderately complex applications and will be proficient in programming languages for online applications, microservices, or mobile applications. The role involves designing and building moderately complex applications and automation, writing automation tests or deployment scripts, and creating coding/scripting solutions to address moderately complex problems. Additionally, the candidate should have experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve them. Leadership experience is also required, with at least 2 years of direct or indirect leadership and cross-functional team leadership. The position may require travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes.
