About the position

The Senior Site Reliability Engineer will focus on enhancing the reliability and performance of applications within an Agile environment. This role involves addressing issues related to availability, latency, and efficiency, while also managing change, monitoring, and emergency response. The engineer will work closely with the engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery of user stories and product features, while also maintaining automation test suites and frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Work with the engineering team to analyze, design, code, test, and deploy new user stories and product features with high quality to production.
• Oversee application quality, test automation, and guide the team to achieve key quality results.
• Develop and maintain automation test suite/framework, including performance testing and automated generation of test data.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting activities to drive proactive resolutions.
• Grow NFT Quality Test Strategy standards within the system/application and ensure compatibility with the platform architecture.
• Achieve team commitments and influence others through informal leadership and strong communication skills.

Requirements

• Professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE).
• Hands-on software development experience with a strong understanding of the SDLC and application delivery.
• Ability to translate functional and non-functional requirements into appropriate NFT Automation tests.
• Experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools.
• Good experience with Linux, AWS Cloud, and on-prem deployments.
• Experience in systems observability and APM tools, preferably Datadog.
• Strong technical skills in application integration, high-availability, resilience, and observability.
