About the position

AgencyQ is seeking a Senior Sitecore Developer to join their team, focusing on CMS development projects. The ideal candidate will be a Sitecore-certified developer with over 3 years of experience, particularly in responsive web technologies. This role is remote-friendly and requires US citizenship due to government contracts. The developer will participate in the full software development lifecycle, ensuring high-quality product delivery and optimizing user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain CMS projects using Sitecore and .NET technologies.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, solution architecting, development, testing, and support.
• Analyze logs and identify common Sitecore issues.
• Integrate systems using internal and third-party APIs.
• Contribute to root cause analysis for outages and performance issues.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Adhere to software development best practices.

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required.
• Sitecore Certified preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with Sitecore and its features (SXA, JSS, etc.).
• 3+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience in a structured development lifecycle methodology.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with JavaScript frameworks like React, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Experience leveraging documented APIs.
• Ability to identify and address performance and scalability issues.
• Familiarity with JIRA is a plus.
• Moderate knowledge/experience of Helix is a plus.
