About the position

The Senior Smartsheet Program Manager at PCI Pharma Services is responsible for developing and implementing Smartsheet solutions that enhance business efficiency and reduce manual processes. This role involves leading strategic design initiatives, overseeing advanced data management, and optimizing user experience across the organization. The position also includes training and mentoring users, ensuring adherence to budget constraints, and driving global standardization of Smartsheet practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic design and implementation of blueprints through Control Center.
• Oversee the development of complex Dynamic Views and Pivot Tables.
• Spearhead the innovation and enhancement of Data Shuffle processes.
• Utilize expertise in Smartsheet to develop and implement high-impact solutions.
• Lead the creation of advanced metrics and dashboards with actionable insights.
• Serve as the senior authority for end user training and onboarding.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall end user experience.
• Lead the review and strategic analysis of new Smartsheet feature releases.
• Act as the global program leader for standardizing Smartsheet practices.
• Ensure cost-effective use of resources and budget adherence.
• Train and empower Smartsheet users to foster continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing Smartsheet solutions and applications.
• Strong understanding of data management and analytics.
• Experience in leading training and onboarding initiatives.
• Ability to analyze and implement new software features effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
