About the position

The Senior Snowflake Python Developer will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality data solutions using Snowflake and Python, with a strong focus on machine learning applications. This role requires a combination of software development expertise and machine learning knowledge to create efficient data solutions that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop data solutions using Snowflake and Python, with a focus on machine learning applications
• Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements
• Develop and implement machine learning models and algorithms
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Optimize data solutions performance
• Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of our development process

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 7+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Snowflake and Python
• Experience in machine learning and data modeling
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail
