About the position

The Senior Social Media Manager spearheads the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of the company's social media presence. This role is crucial in cultivating community engagement, staying abreast of emerging social media trends, and collaborating with various departments to create cohesive and integrated campaigns. The Senior Social Media Manager enhances brand awareness and reputation while efficiently managing the social media budget. In this position, you will set the social media vision for KW MAPS Coaching, developing a clear, consistent voice and tone, while strategically infusing social trends. You will leverage existing agency research and conduct regular industry benchmarking to define KW's position in the competitive social landscape. Evaluating the existing digital marketing and social media plan, you will review performance data, identify opportunities, and make recommendations for improvements. You will lead the development of an overarching data-based social media strategy for KW MAPS Coaching in support of the MAPS and KWRI vision and goals. This includes developing monthly performance reporting reports and leading presentations for the MAPS leadership team and executive leadership as needed. Collaboration with the KWRI marketing team and organizational stakeholders will be essential to develop and execute both stand-alone social media campaigns and multi-channel campaigns. Additionally, you will develop relationships with coaches and clients, helping them articulate their needs and collaborating to develop creative solutions and improved outcomes. You will also be responsible for developing content, designing, producing, and managing meaningful content across social media platforms to enhance the company's brand and major events. Staying on top of emerging trends and identifying influencer partnership opportunities will be key to enhancing KW MAPS Coaching's social media presence. Finally, you will define performance indicators, measurement, and analytics, developing insights based on social media content and channel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required.
  • 5+ years of social media experience, including expert knowledge of social media best practices and platforms.
  • Documented experience developing successful nationwide and global B2B and B2C social media strategies.
  • Experience in the real estate industry or complex B2B sales organization preferred.
  • Experience managing independent contributors or agency partners.
  • Experience partnering with multiple brands.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in an agile and rapidly changing business environment.
  • Design experience with Figma, Canva, Illustrator, Adobe, or Photoshop preferred.
