About the position

The Senior Social Media Manager will play a crucial role in evolving the global social media strategy for our client in the consulting space. This position requires a blend of creative innovation and analytical rigor, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leadership while mentoring the social media team. The role focuses on driving a data-led content strategy, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring impactful marketing through social media channels.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of a data-driven global social media strategy
• Lead improvements in content planning, creativity, and measurement
• Establish and monitor KPIs to evaluate the success of social media efforts
• Oversee the creation of engaging, on-brand content for global social media accounts
• Act as a strategic partner for Talent teams, guiding paid media spend and campaign planning
• Report the success of social media strategies to the Global Talent Marketing CoE quarterly
• Provide guidance on social media best practices and innovation to senior leaders

Requirements

• Proven experience in stakeholder management and/or change management
• Extensive experience in managing data listening tools (Brandwatch preferred)
• High proficiency in social media analytics tools (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Google Analytics preferred)
• Experience in organic and paid social media strategies
• Experience leading colleagues/agency contacts in producing high-quality social media content under tight deadlines

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI tools in content creation or optimization
• Employee advocacy or influencer marketing experience
