About the position

As a Senior Software Developer on the Corporate Systems AI team at Susquehanna International Group, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and integrating AI technologies to enhance operational efficiencies across various applications. This role involves leading the integration of conversational AI technologies, engaging directly with end-users, and optimizing chatbot systems to improve functionality and usability. You will work with a range of technologies, manage full life cycle development, and collaborate with team members to drive innovation and improve business processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and integrate AI technologies for operational efficiencies.
• Manage full life cycle development using technologies across the Microsoft Stack (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
• Implement and optimize ChatGPT-based conversational systems.
• Design and develop APIs for chatbot interactions across various communication channels.
• Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to enhance chatbot experience.
• Stay updated on developments in AI and machine learning fields.
• Write robust, clean, and documented code for scalable and secure AI applications.
• Evaluate and integrate optimal technologies that align with organizational needs.
• Collaborate with team members and end-users to evolve the technical landscape in real-time.
• Manage projects and technology initiatives within an application matrix.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related discipline or its foreign equivalent plus 10 years of progressive experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.
• Strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot technologies.
• Working knowledge of OpenAI's API or other conversational models.
• Experience with cloud services like Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with GIT based code repositories.
• General interest in GPT/LLM technologies and their applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle.
