About the position

The Senior Software Developer role on the Corporate Systems AI team at Susquehanna International Group focuses on developing, customizing, and integrating AI technologies to enhance operational efficiencies across various in-house and third-party applications. The position involves leading the integration of conversational AI technologies, engaging directly with end-users to improve application functionality, and managing full life cycle development using technologies from the Microsoft Stack and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and integrate AI solutions for operational efficiencies.
• Manage full life cycle development using Microsoft technologies (C#, .NET, SQL Server).
• Implement and optimize ChatGPT-based conversational systems.
• Design and develop APIs for chatbot interactions across communication channels.
• Conduct data analysis and A/B testing to enhance chatbot experiences.
• Stay updated on developments in AI and machine learning fields.
• Write clean, documented code for scalable and secure AI applications.
• Evaluate and integrate technologies that meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with team members and end-users to adapt to changing business needs.
• Manage projects and technology initiatives within a diverse application matrix.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related discipline plus 10 years of progressive experience in software development.
• Strong understanding of programming languages such as C#, Java, and Python.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and chatbot technologies.
• Working knowledge of OpenAI's API or other conversational models.
• Experience with cloud services like Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with GIT-based code repositories.
• General interest in GPT/LLM technologies and their applications.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
