About the position

The Senior Software Developer position at ManTech is a hybrid role based in Crane, Indiana, focused on developing and maintaining software, hardware, and web applications. The role involves analyzing user requirements, designing user interfaces, and overseeing the entire development cycle from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance. The developer will also integrate various network operating systems and application programs, ensuring a resilient infrastructure for the organization.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality.
• Designing and developing user interfaces and determining design methodologies.
• Completing programming tasks and conducting testing.
• Overseeing the creation of hybrid software, web, and hardware products from initial specifications to final rollout and maintenance.
• Integrating various network operating systems, application programs, and hardware devices.
• Managing the development cycle associated with producing resilient software, hardware, and web applications, including specification, design, coding, testing, and maintenance.
• Designing, developing, supporting, and maintaining the organization's systems infrastructure.

Requirements

• One of the following or ability to obtain: CASP, CISSP, or equivalent DoD 8570.01 IAT-3 certification is required.
• BS and 0 years of experience OR Associates Degree with 4 years of experience OR High School Diploma with 6 years of experience.
• 7 years of related IT experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• Previous experience supporting DoD environment.
• Previous experience supporting Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI).
