As a Software Developer Senior at GDIT, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions to complex problems. Your primary focus will be on tailoring cutting-edge applications to meet the unique requirements of our clients, ensuring that the end-user experience is prioritized. You will be responsible for the development and administration of solutions using the Power Platform, which includes Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, to support various federal agency missions. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. You will integrate and build solutions with SharePoint Online and Azure, develop automation flows with Power Automate, and create user-friendly interfaces in Power Apps. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI, collaborating with team members to define and document business and technical requirements, and working closely with end users and stakeholders to create data analysis products. Your responsibilities will also include creating process documentation, supporting the design of Power Platform and SharePoint Online roadmaps, mentoring junior talent, and contributing to the development of IT-related processes and continual improvement initiatives.
