The Senior Software Developer position is focused on creating and enhancing trading solutions within a dynamic organization. The role requires a deep understanding of options trading, software development, and low-latency systems, with an emphasis on driving innovation and growth in trading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation and long-term growth by leveraging expertise in CME and equity market dynamics.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and data scientists to develop trading strategies.
• Maintain and improve current trading tools and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a front-office environment at a major options trading firm is a must.
• Practical knowledge of financial market dynamics, including CME and equity markets.
• Expertise in developing high-performance trading software and familiarity with FPGA technology is a plus.
• Strong grasp of option modeling techniques and low-latency market structures is a plus.
• Ability to develop and implement a proprietary quoting system from scratch is a plus.
• Solid understanding of options modeling, pricing, and fitting to enhance trading strategies is a plus.
