Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Software Developer to join our team in the DMV area. As a Senior Software Developer, you will be responsible for designing, engineering, analyzing, and developing software systems and software delivery processes, including development and operations (DevOps) pipelines. You will model and analyze the software development and deployment processes and assist projects in tailoring Agile development and delivery techniques. Engaging with Government leaders, you will define the context, problem space, and vision to determine capabilities, priorities, roadmaps, transformation plans, and next steps. Additionally, you will develop Agile processes, plans, and architectures to support software development, analysis, and operations. This is a senior role that requires managerial experience directing all aspects of IT application development. You will supervise and mentor subordinate project staff and collaborate with other Software Developer IIIs to share work and insights. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the success of our software development initiatives and in maintaining the high standards expected in our operations.
