About the position

The Senior Software Developer (C++) position at FlexTrade Systems involves designing and implementing solutions for integrating FlexTrade's software products with client systems. This role is part of the FX Client Services Team, which focuses on creating tailored trading workflows and strategies to meet client needs, while also managing client accounts and providing technical support.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions for integrating FlexTrade products with those of its clients, primarily using C++ and/or Java.
• Implement and support trading workflows and strategies to suit client needs.
• Manage allocated client accounts and serve as the primary technical contact.
• Recommend product ideas based on client experience.
• Create and update product user manuals and online documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of previous working experience.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a numerate subject (Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics).
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Java.
• Basic database skills.
• Familiarity with Linux systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivation and self-determination to learn and excel.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of Trading and FIX protocol.
• Experience with Order or Execution Management Systems.
