We are seeking a Technical Leader experienced in guiding teams of .NET developers to join our company. This role is crucial as it involves designing, developing, and delivering products and solutions that directly impact our federal government customers' missions. The successful candidate will work closely with our Center of Excellence, contributing to our overall company best practices, knowledge base, and innovation pursuits. This is a full-time position with a hybrid working arrangement, allowing the successful candidate to work remotely with at least two days per week at one of the following locations: Arlington, VA or Sterling, VA. In addition to directly building critical government systems, your connection with ASRC Federal Centers of Excellence offers you a unique ability to expand and grow through various initiatives such as Research and Development, internal technical competitions, cross-domain Subject Matter Expertise (SME) collaboration, and innovation and technology exploration.
