About the position
The Software Developer position at Fusion Technology involves developing and configuring customized software products and systems to meet client requirements. The role requires a security-cleared professional with significant experience in software development, particularly in an agile environment, and offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional travel for special events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and configure customized software products/systems to meet client requirements.
- Build and support specialized customizations to core asset software including conversions, interfaces, enhancements, and user interface modifications.
- Engage in end-to-end software development from analysis to design, implementation, QA, delivery, and maintenance.
- Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methods, processes, and tools to support clients and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience or 12 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience with Java, SQL, Postgres, AWS Cloud, AWS Lambda, Atlassian Suite, Angular.js, Node.js, CI/CD, XML, and Python (nice-to-have).
- Some DevOps experience in an agile environment.
