About The Position

A Senior Software Developer leads projects and people through the entire software development cycle, including design, test, and implementation of applications, databases and reports. A successful Senior Software Developer is able to lead teams, work independently, and work within a team to complete projects. Strong technical and soft skills, and the drive to deliver high-quality user experiences to our clients are critical. This full-time opportunity is available for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field required
• 3+ years of software development experience
• Strong UI/UX design skills
• The ability to learn and teach others new techniques and skills
• Mastery of Visual Studio, VS Code, or other IDE
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, .NET languages, JavaScript, SQL
• Must be able to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand project requirements
• Develop specifications and estimates
• Use Spectrumware Programming Standards to meet or exceed project requirements
• Design, modify and optimize relational databases
• Develop and modify ASP.NET applications
• Design and implement complex logic
• Create and modify high quality reports and exports
• Validate and test code
• Meet with clients to demonstrate progress and manage expectations
• Manage projects from start to finish, including budgets
