Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams in the planning and implementation of a Web Portal project.
• Manage project timelines and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
• Oversee all project aspects including budgeting, team hiring, supplier sourcing, and release planning.
• Employ Agile methodologies as a Scrum Master to ensure responsive and iterative development.
• Collaborate with the federal PM/COR to secure approvals on deliverables, updates, and risk management strategies.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in large-scale IT project management, particularly within the public sector.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven client management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of project management and business tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Knowledge of data analytics, DevSecOps, web technologies, and cloud services.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field is required.
• PMP and Agile Certifications are required.
