About The Position

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Ads Measurement team, you will play a crucial role in helping marketers and brands understand the true business value generated by TikTok across all their paid channels. This team is responsible for developing a variety of products that include brand lift, conversion lift, cross-media measurement, viewability, and invalid traffic, as well as innovative features such as privacy-enhancing technologies (PETs). In this position, you will be tasked with building scalable tech foundations and launching various products that extract real signals to enhance advertising effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with product and business teams to align on the product vision and integrate with third-party partners. Your work will directly contribute to the overall mission of TikTok, which is to create a platform that inspires creativity and brings joy to users around the globe.
