We are seeking an innovative Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide technical leadership for key projects and empower your team members. You will lead projects focused on building and operating scalable and reliable ads ranking infrastructure systems. Your responsibilities will include developing, driving, and executing the technical vision and roadmap for the ads ML infrastructure team. You will also provide technical guidance to team members and project peers, ensuring effective communication across various teams, organizations, and stakeholders to drive engineering efforts. Additionally, you will lead innovation efforts and introduce new ideas and technologies to the team.
