Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and release cutting-edge inference engines.
• Leverage advanced hardware and distributed computing techniques for research and product development.
• Innovate in state-of-the-art inference to enhance price-performance in AI solutions.
• Lead efforts to optimize inference performance on custom AWS silicon and servers.
• Understand ML framework development for efficient inference.
• Collaborate with various teams within and outside Amazon to achieve optimal outcomes for AGI customers.

Requirements

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 5+ years of programming experience with at least one software programming language.
• 5+ years of experience leading design or architecture of systems.
• 5+ years of experience in the full software development life cycle.
• Experience as a mentor or tech lead in an engineering team.
• Fundamentals of machine learning and familiarity with prevalent model architectures.
