Azure Object Storage team is looking for a talented and highly motivated Senior Software Engineer to design and develop the next generation of our object storage stack. We are building Microsoft’s cloud storage solution - Microsoft Azure Storage, which is a massively scalable, highly distributed, ubiquitously accessible storage system, designed to scale out and serve the entire world. We continue to have tremendous hockey stick growth; we have many Exabyte data stored and are designing and building systems for Zettabyte scale to support demand growth for the coming years. We are looking for enthusiastic candidates who love to learn, have a passion for writing high quality software and enjoy collaborating with a dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer - Azure Object Storage, you will help solve the performance and scale requirements of the most demanding Machine learning, Analytics, and HPC workload. You will be solving challenges related to scale and reliability for a distributed system. You will be working on a dev-ops model and be responsible for the livesite and ensuring a high bar of quality.
