About the position

The Senior Software Engineer - C&CA Cloud Native Architect at Capgemini is responsible for leading and managing technical projects related to Conversational AI (CCAI). This role involves providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CCAI products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
• Review the technical architecture of CCAI solutions in collaboration with the design team.
• Work closely with product management, design, user research, and other teams to align on project objectives and deliverables.
• Communicate technical issues and risks to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Drive the resolution of technical dependencies and issues.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of GCP CCAI service, Dialog flow CX, and Agent Assist.
• Experience in driving conversational bots for various channels (web, voice, etc.).
• Experience in user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voice.
• Experience in the Telecom domain and processes.
• Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, intent classification, and dialog flows.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in the AI/ML domain.
• Experience with innovation and improvement in CCAI solutions.
