About the position

As a CCAI Architect at Capgemini, you will lead and manage the development and execution of technical projects related to Conversational AI (CCAI). This role involves providing technical leadership, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of CCAI products that align with business objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technical projects related to CCAI.
  • Provide technical leadership to the engineering team, ensuring scalable and reliable solutions.
  • Review technical architecture of CCAI solutions with the design team.
  • Collaborate with product management, design, and user research teams to align on project objectives.
  • Communicate technical issues and risks to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work with external partners and vendors to deliver technical solutions.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends in the AI/ML domain.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of GCP CCAI service, Dialogflow CX, and Agent Assist.
  • Experience in driving conversational bots for various channels (web, voice, etc.).
  • Experience in user-centric conversation experiences involving chat, text, or voice.
  • Strong understanding of sentiment analysis, intent classification, and dialog flows.
  • Experience in the Telecom domain and processes.
