About The Position

NVIDIA is seeking outstanding engineers to join the Maxine AI team, focusing on developing and deploying AI features for real-time video communication and telepresence. The role involves working on groundbreaking AI algorithms that enhance video/audio quality and enable augmented reality features, leveraging NVIDIA's advanced technology and GPUs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of engineering or research experience in 3D computer vision, animation, or graphics.
• Strong background in building deep learning models.
• Hands-on development skills using deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or ONNX.
• Ability to work independently and drive development towards milestones and deliverables.
• MS or PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with avatar generation and animation.
• Familiarity with NeRF and human/environment relighting.
• Experience with real-time tracking of human face, gaze, and body.
• Background in building AI models for real-time use cases or low power platforms.
• Experience with CUDA programming and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement AI algorithms for avatar animation driven by video, audio, and text.
• Work on 3D reconstruction and neural radiance field (NeRF) technologies.
• Enhance 3D human and environmental relighting capabilities.
• Implement hand pose prediction and recognition systems.
• Conduct video artifact removal, enhancement, and style transfer.
