Responsibilities

• Develop and operate scalable, robust, and highly available data-intensive microservices.
• Implement new features and optimize existing ones to provide customer value.
• Partner with UX, TechOps, and Product teams to achieve the best product designs.
• Attend daily stand-up meetings and collaborate with peers to prioritize features.
• Serve on an on-call rotation and consistently deliver value to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of meaningful engineering experience.
• Experience with databases, cloud computing, and distributed systems.
• Strong algorithms, data structures, and coding background.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with continuous delivery, git, test automation, and build/deploy systems.
• Has worked across teams and roles to understand needs, propose features, and drive projects.
• Has developed and operated scalable and robust systems to solve complex business problems using the latest technologies.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AWS services, Kubernetes, Spinnaker, and MongoDB.
