We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to lead the architecture and development of cutting-edge home ecosystem solutions. This role requires extensive experience with AWS and a deep understanding of system design, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage complex projects from ideation to fruition. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and organizational skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail, and a solid background in full stack development, particularly with Node and SQL, as well as experience using Flutter. In this position, you will be responsible for translating requirements into solutions, writing code, and creating reusable components and services on both the client-side and backend. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect solutions using appropriate design patterns. Your expertise in SQL (RDBMS), NoSQL, and ElasticSearch/OpenSearch will be crucial, as will your experience in building mobile applications for Android and iOS, both natively and with Flutter. You will also be expected to build secure, highly available, resilient, and scalable distributed systems, leveraging clustering and load balancing of web servers, app servers, and messaging systems. A deep knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture patterns, as well as an understanding of cloud-native solutions (AWS), is essential for success in this role. Additionally, you will need strong knowledge of backend development frameworks (NodeJS, PHP) and familiarity with Scrum methodology, utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence. Your ability to work in a results-oriented, rapidly changing environment that requires collaboration across multiple stakeholders will be key. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, along with a team-focused approach to software development, are vital. Staying up to date on software industry trends and quickly developing proof of concepts will also be part of your responsibilities.
